What does being an ambassador really involve?
All we are asking ambassadors to do is to actively promote Burnley Borough wherever possible in their day today activities.
Just talking about the good things that are happening in Burnley at any given opportunity you will be fulfilling your duties as an ambassador.
How much does it cost ?
No fees or charges ...... just enthusiasm and pride in Burnley
What is my time commitment ?
Being a betterburnley ambassador is not a time consuming activity and can easily work along side your day-to-day activities.
From time to time betterburnley may ask you to join in campaign activities such as attending events that promote Burnley and its people.
Who can be an Ambassador?
Anyone who lives and works in Burnley borough can be an ambassador as long as they are committed to supporting the borough in a positive way. Ambassadors can be individuals or organisations and there are no age restrictions. All are welcome to join.
How will I benefit from being an Ambassador ?
Gain networking opportunities with other ambassadors in the borough.
Collectively work towards encouraging more people to take pride in their town.
Ambassador Recognition
As an ambassador you will receive a certificate confirming your status as an ambassador.
Your support will be recognised in appropriate betterburnley publications and websites.
